The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) is the only global nonprofit organization specializing in meeting the needs of life sciences learning professionals. LTEN shares the knowledge of industry leaders, provides insight into new technologies, offers innovative solutions and communities of practice that grow careers and organizational capabilities.
But with the current challenges facing learning communities in the global markets, LTEN knew it needed to build on its legacy of collaboration and reach out to a higher number of people through digital marketing, to ensure a broad-based and cost-effective way to include people in its networks.
With a newly defined business strategy and a new name, LTEN was now equipped to be the partner of choice for life sciences learning professionals meeting their evolving needs, but quick dipstick research told us that the market was struggling to learn about the new identity change. To address this challenge, we developed a brand strategy and supporting identity system to demonstrate all the ways LTEN was evolving to make the platform better. We defined their Social Media Strategy and reiterated how LTEN was creating programs to address the problems facing learning professionals today and preparing them for the challenges of the future. The social media outreach helped to ensure that everyone understood the critical role LTEN was playing in driving change.
